Proctek takes part in Exponor 2026 and strengthens its expansion into the Chilean mining market
Antofagasta, Chile — Proctek took part in Exponor 2026, the international mining industry exhibition that brings together in northern Chile the sector's leading players around technological innovation, productivity and operational sustainability. The group's presence is part of its expansion plan into the Chilean market, one of the most important mining hubs in the world.
During the event, the Proctek team held meetings with operators, contractors and strategic partners across the mining ecosystem, presenting its portfolio of industrial engineering solutions. Exponor, once again positioned in its 2026 edition around the idea that the future is here, happening now, gathers companies such as BHP and the leading technology providers for mining, making it the ideal stage for Proctek to present its value proposition to an industry that demands the highest standards of reliability, safety and efficiency.
Proctek's arrival in Chile is led by Bernardo Estévez, Country Manager for the group in the country, who heads the local growth strategy. "Chile is a strategic market for Proctek. Chilean mining operates under the most demanding standards on the planet and needs partners capable of modernizing plants, integrating control systems and anticipating failures before they stop production. We came to Exponor to listen to the industry and to demonstrate, on the ground, the technical capability that backs Proctek in every market where we operate," said Estévez.
Chilean mining, a world leader in copper production and with an increasingly central role in the critical minerals for the energy transition, demands high-reliability solutions. That is precisely where Proctek brings its experience: more than twenty years delivering automation, control, SCADA, electrical power systems and EPC projects in highly demanding sectors across fourteen countries.
The portfolio the group offers the mining market spans its four product units. In Automation and Digital Transformation, it offers migration of obsolete control systems, real-time HMI and SCADA development, and AI-powered predictive maintenance through PROCTEK AI, able to predict failures in critical rotating equipment. In Engineering and Projects, it supports the full cycle from technical studies to construction and assembly. In Power, it delivers electrical studies, panel fabrication and electrical SCADA for substations. And in Supply, Solutions and Services, it adds equipment, logistics and on-site energy.
With this participation, Proctek reaffirms its commitment to driving more efficient, safe and reliable industries, and positions Chile as a key market within its global expansion.
