Inova Constructores, a Grupo Proctek company, developed the Jardín de la Primavera housing complex in Quito, whose first 111 homes were delivered to their families on July 21 in an event led by President Daniel Noboa.

The project comprises 143 homes and an investment of nearly USD 10 million, benefiting approximately 429 people and generating around 500 direct and indirect jobs. It is part of the Miti-Miti housing program, which offers mortgage loans at a preferential rate of 4.99%, terms of up to 30 years and a 5% down payment, with the support of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

Jardín de la Primavera was designed as a space for family life: homes with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, three bathrooms and a patio, within a complex featuring green areas, sports courts, a gym, swimming pool, event hall and pet-friendly spaces.

With this development, Inova Constructores reaffirms Grupo Proctek's commitment to social development: building quality housing and bringing home ownership within reach of more Ecuadorian families.
