Resident Engineer

At PROCTEK S.A.S. we are looking for a Civil Resident Engineer to lead the field execution of an industrial project in Paipa (Boyacá), Colombia, associated with cooling towers. We seek a professional with technical judgment, planning and control focus, and the ability to coordinate civil fronts with safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the execution of civil activities (foundations, structures, concrete works, anchors, adaptations, works associated with industrial equipment).
• Manage scheduling, progress control, productivity and reporting of front-line developments.
• Verify drawings, technical specifications, work quantities and execution releases.
• Coordinate contractors, crews and resources (materials, equipment and tools), ensuring operational continuity.
• Ensure compliance with on-site quality standards: materials reception, testing control when applicable, evidence and records.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards: permits, risk controls, inductions and operational discipline.
• Consolidate project documentation: logbook, minutes, reports, pending closures and deliverables.

Requirements

• Civil Engineering degree (with active professional license).
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in monolithic foundations of 1,000 m² in leadership roles (resident, contractor, director).
