Senior Automation and Control Engineer

At PROCTEK Guatemala we are hiring a Senior Automation and Control Engineer to lead the development and implementation of industrial automation solutions across projects in the industry, energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.

The position will actively participate in engineering development, programming, project execution, control system commissioning, and technical-commercial support for new business development.

Requirements

Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation and control. Proven experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS; industrial networks and communication protocols; basic and detailed engineering; FAT, SAT, SIT, commissioning, and start-up; and technical documentation. Intermediate technical English.
