Do you design industrial solar and wind plants?
Yes. Proctek designs photovoltaic solar plants (rooftop, ground-mount, floating), onshore wind farms and hybrid solar+BESS systems. We cover FEED, detailed engineering, grid integration (local Grid Code), solar/wind SCADA (PowerEx, Bachmann), inverter monitoring and O&M.
How do you support grid integration studies?
Proctek performs grid impact studies under local Grid Code (Colombia: CREG 030, Mexico: CENACE, Chile: NTSyCS, Peru: COES): steady-state and dynamic load flow, short circuit, power quality, transmission capacity and LVRT/HVRT compliance. Models in DigSILENT PowerFactory or PSS/E.
Do you work with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)?
Yes. Proctek designs Li-ion BESS (LFP, NMC) for energy arbitrage, peak shaving, frequency support and industrial back-up. This includes PCS, BMS, EMS selection, UL 9540A fire safety compliance and SCADA integration under IEC 61850-7-420.
Do you help obtain ISO 50001 certification?
Yes. Proctek supports the implementation of an Energy Management System under ISO 50001:2018: energy baseline, SEU (Significant Energy Use) identification, EnPIs, action plan and certification audit preparation. We also train the internal energy team.
What industrial decarbonization projects do you execute?
Proctek supports decarbonization roadmaps: thermal process electrification, waste heat recovery, fossil fuel substitution with biogas/hydrogen, motor and compressed air efficiency. This includes GHG inventory under ISO 14064 and SBTi commitments.
