Which industrial protocols does Proctek support?
Proctek implements the most-used industrial protocols: Modbus TCP/RTU, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, IEC 61850 (substations), HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, DNP3, BACnet, MQTT and CIP. Selection depends on control platform, distances, real-time requirements and cybersecurity needs.
Do you design fiber optic networks for industrial plants?
Yes. Proctek designs single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic networks under TIA-568, IEEE 802.3 and ITU-T G.652/G.657, including OSP (outside plant), direct burial, underground conduit, fusion splicing, OTDR certification and plant data centers with ring or mesh redundancy.
How do you apply OT cybersecurity under IEC 62443?
Proctek implements the Purdue model (levels 0-5) with network segmentation, industrial DMZ, deep packet inspection firewalls (Tofino, Hirschmann), identity management for control systems and SIEM/SOC monitoring adapted for OT. Assessments follow IEC 62443-2-1 (policies) and IEC 62443-3-3 (technical controls).
Can you integrate CCTV with SCADA and security systems?
Yes. Proctek designs industrial IP CCTV systems (Axis, Hikvision, Bosch) integrated with SCADA via OPC UA or REST API, with redundant NVR recording, video analytics (intrusion detection, counting, ALPR) and integration with access control, F&G and security panels under IEC 61010.
Do you have experience with industrial wireless networks?
Yes. Proctek implements industrial wireless networks: WirelessHART and ISA-100.11a for instrumentation, industrial Wi-Fi 6 (IEEE 802.11ax) in EX-proof environments, LoRaWAN for remote assets and private 5G for large plants. This includes RF site survey, coverage certification and interference mitigation.
