Business Development Manager

PIL Ecuador is hiring a Business Development Manager to join the Commercial area and lead portfolio expansion by identifying, evaluating, and capturing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and capture new business opportunities, market niches, and strategic projects outside PIL S.A.'s current portfolio, among other commercial responsibilities.

Requirements

Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineer. Five years of experience in business development, commercial consulting, or strategic account management (Key Account Manager) within the energy, infrastructure, or industrial services sectors.

Knowledge

Market intelligence, with strong capability for competitor analysis and detection of trends and emerging regulations in the Ecuadorian sector. Advanced English, for prospecting with international strategic partners and analyzing global trends. Availability for international travel.
