Requisitos

Required Skills & Qualifications: Associate of Applied Science in CADD or equivalent certificate/training; Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, Civil 3D, Inventor, 3ds Max, or Intergraph CADWorx Plant & P&ID; Working knowledge of 2D and 3D design and parametric modeling; Familiarity with additive and subtractive manufacturing technologies; Strong spatial reasoning, math fundamentals, and attention to detail; Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and communicate design intent. Preferred / Growth Areas: Experience with BIM workflows and multi-software environments; Exposure to industry-specific drafting (e.g., oil & gas plant design, civil/survey); A professional portfolio demonstrating 2D/3D and fabrication work.

The CADD Drafter/Designer uses computer-aided design software to prepare technical drawings, plans, and 3D models used to manufacture products and construct buildings and infrastructure. This role blends creativity, technical proficiency, and close attention to detail to turn concepts and specifications into accurate, build-ready documentation across the architecture, construction, civil/surveying, manufacturing, and engineering fields.
